In this page we will cover all the common questions that our customers ask us. Flexibility. We believe this is the keyword when you buy on ViniSoave.it. You can buy a minimum of a single bottle per each wine, but the minimum number of bottles must not be smaller than 2. It is preferred to buy a total number of bottles of 6 or a multiple of 6 (6, 12, 18...). The maximum number of bottles per each order is 72. If you want to buy a number of bottles greater than 72 please drop us an email message. Some products are only available in a minimum orderable quantity: please check what they are in the linked page. Each information box thorough the site reports clearly the minimum number of bottles that you can buy for each different wine type. Year: it is shown for each wine. Should the year be no more available, we will tell you before shipping so that you can choose whether to change your wine or keep the new year. Order confirmation: within usually 24 hours you will receive an "order confirmation" with the summary of your order and instruction for payment or, if you chosen to pay with Credit Card, the confirmation of the shipment. Shipping expenses are calculated by considering the quantity of bottles that you order, the payment option you choose and the shipping country. Please check this page for information on shipping expenses and shipping times. Prices: prices shown all along the web site are for single bottle and include all taxes and/or VAT. Invoicing: VAT number is mandatory if you need the invoice, otherwise a standard sale receipt document will be issued. PAYMENT OPTIONS Available PAYMENT OPTIONS include Credit Card, Collect On Delivery or Bank Transfer. Collect On Delivery is available in Italy only and in some european countries. 
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. We do not collect your Credit Card information when you order on ViniSoave.it. We partnered instead with BANKPASS Web, part of the largest italian Credit Card group (SI Servizi).
What happens during the payment process? The Card is checked for genuinity, but the order amount is not charged on your Credit Card immediately. It will only be charged after we complete the products availability check that we will carry on within one working day. Should any products be unavailable, we will send you a summary of available products and a choice between the following options:
Visa and MasterCard apply a fee on their transactions. The order amount will be automatically added of a small commission. If you are asking why you need to pay such amount when most of our competitors don't add such fee to your order, the answer is: check the prices of each bottle and you'll find a difference that is much bigger than just the commission.  BANK TRANSFER. You can buy your wine on ViniSoave.it paying via bank transfer. When you are finished ordering, proceed to check out. If you did not register, you will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information. Fill-in the order form with your personal data and confirm the order. We will contact you with the bank details for the bank transfer: should any products be unavailable, we will send you a summary of available products and a choice between the following options:
Send us a copy of the transaction to our fax +39 045 21031198 or to our email address info@vinisoave.it. As soon as our bank will receive the money we will ship the wine.  COLLECT ON DELIVERY. You can buy your wine on ViniSoave.it and pay it when you receive it right at your door (in certain countries only). When you are finished ordering, proceed to check out. Select Collect on Delivery payment option. If you did not register, you will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information. Fill-in the order form with your personal data (select first billing and shipping country) and we will get back to you awaiting your order confirmation. Should any products be unavailable, we will send you a summary of available products and a choice between the following options: 1)

charged for those only When we receive the confirmation from you, we will ship the wine. Please have the exact amount ready when the forwarding agent will deliver the wine. PRIVACY POLICY According to Italian data protection legislation (Law 196 dated 30/06/2003), ViniSoave.it informs its customers that the personal data they supply at the time of ordering products and/or filling the registration form does not require to be authorised by the interested party because the information will be treated exclusively as prescribed by Italian law and within EU guidelines.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. In particular, ViniSoave.it makes clear that your personal details will not be disclosed to any third party. Your name and any other information you provide at our web site will not be sold, rented or exchanged with any other organization. At any time, you are free to exercise your right to consult, update, correct or delete your personal data by sending a request to do so to the following e-mail address: info@vinisoave.it. You can also send us a letter to our offices. When you place an order, you will be asked for your billing and shipping data, including your name, company name, e-mail address, home or office address, telephone and fax number, and tax code or VAT number where applicable. By supplying this information, you allow us to process and ship your order, keep you updated on the status of the order and, if necessary, send you any relevant information about the order. We may give your telephone number to the courier if you have special delivery requirements. RETURNS POLICY According to the most recent Italian consumer protection legislation (Article 5, subsection 6, Legislative Decree no. 185, 22/05/1999), you have 10 days from receipt of the products in which to decide whether or not you want to cancel the Contract of Sale with us and get a full refund. You have then a further 15 days - starting from the date you receive the authorisation from ViniSoave.it - to send the products back to us.

To return any item, send an e-mail to customerservice@vinisoave.it, declaring that you want to exercise your right to return the products you have purchased, and give all the relevant details:
Our Returns Policy is subject to the following conditions:
Pack the items in such a way to protect them from damage or tampering. ViniSoave.it reserves the right to refuse to accept any item that does not conform to the conditions noted above. Within 15 working days after we receive your return, we will credit you with the amount shown on the invoice for the items you are returning. When you are satisfied
with your SHOPPING CART, you can proceed to CHECK OUT. If
you registered and logged-in in the ACCOUNT page, you do not need
to retype all your billing and shipping information. If you did not
register, you will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping
information. Select first billing and shipping country and then enter
your billing and shipping information. When done, press "SUBMIT" to confirm
the order and you will be automatically redirected to BANKPASS Web. Choose your Card
type, type the code, select expiration date and type the Credit
Card Verification Code (it is a three-digit security code that is
printed on the back of a card at the end of the signature panel). Type
your email address and confirm. If the transaction is authorized, a
summary page will appear with order details. Press now OK to come back
to ViniSoave.it and subsequently check your inbox email folder for an automated summary message from
ViniSoave.it including your personal data, order details and electronic
transaction references. Look also in the inbox email folder you specified
on the payment page for a message from "bankpass@sis-bankpass.ssb.it"
with the
transaction status.
ViniSoave.it also support Verified by Visa and
MasterCard SecureCode additional security systems.
Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode protects
your existing Visa or MasterCard credit card with a
password you create, giving you assurance that only
you can use your card online. When completing the
on-line checkout, a pop-up box appears from the bank
that issued the card, asking the cardholder for a
password to confirm his or her identity.
The information supplied will be used
exclusively for the purpose of adhering
to the terms of the purchasing contract
to which the interested party has
consented and/or to acquire any other
information necessary for the legitimate
processing of the order and/or to send
our newsletter or notice of
upcoming specials (no more than 12

We
will reimburse you for the cost of the items you send back but
not for any costs you may incur in sending the products back to
us. We shall
reimburse you for the costs of the items you are returning
within 15 working days from the date we receive the products
back to us. The Returns Policy applies exclusively to purchases made by
private individuals. The Returns Policy doesn't apply to
purchases made by anyone intending to sell the
items on to a third party.
In the event that there is a discrepancy between the
number of items delivered and the number shown on the
documents, or if any of the products are damaged in any way, please note this immediately in
