Feudi di San Gregorio RUBRATO Irpinia Aglianico DOC 2019

The Rubrato Aglianico by Feudi di San Gregorio is a wine designed and created to make known the pleasantness of this vine, grown in the characteristic lands of Irpinia, even in its youth.

Vineyards location: Campania, Italy
Grape varieties: Aglianico 100%
Tasting notes: Intense and lucid ruby red. On the nose, it recalls wild black fruit, licorice and the underbrush. In the mouth, it is balanced with a finish that is reminiscent of fresh fruit, ending with a delicate balsamic note.
Vinification: About 8-10 months in stainless steel. Minimum 6 months in bottle.
Alcohol content: 14%
Food pairings:  It combines perfectly with roasted red and white meats, eggplant parmigiana and rice sartù(cake).
