Fiano and Greco that blend in harmony in this wine that best represents the great whites of Campania. Refines a tonneau for 6 months and is soft and silky, with fresh mineral notes. A white to always keep cool.

Vineyards location: Campania, Italy
Grape varieties: Fiano e Greco
Tasting notes: Intense and bright straw yellow color. The nose is broad, with tones of ripe pear and grapefruit and subtle notes of mint and acacia, as well as floral references of broom and hawthorn. Acidity and minerality take over in a very long and sumptuous sip.
Vinification: Fermentation and permanence in tonneau for about 6 months.
Alcohol content: 13%
Food pairings:  Perfect white with grilled seafood. It also goes very well with rabbit alla cacciatora and with medium-aged cheeses.
