It rests for 8 months in steel and the same number in wood, and is the first to be organically certified by the La Valentina farm, it is the Fiano "Auha '" Colline Pescaresi IGT, a wine that deserves to be valued as much as possible for its aromas and flavor. The grapes come from the municipality of San Valentino, the first vintage is in 2010, a really promising product.

Tasting notes: It has a straw yellow color with beautiful reflections. The nose opens with notes of fresh white fruit, accompanied by almond, cut grass, citrus hints and mineral hints. On the palate it is balanced, with a beautiful flavor that accompanies until the end.
Vinification: Fermentation and maceration part in stainless steel and part in tonneaux (500 l) 20% new. 6 months on the lees part in stainless steel and part in tonneaux, 20% new. Bottled in July.

Food pairings: Fish soups, seafood, pasta with fish sauces, white meat, crustaceans, and tuna tartare.
