This Pecorino Colline Pescaresi IGT from Fattoria La Valentina is a simple wine, but not banal. It has a splendid flavor which, added to the freshness, makes it the perfect sip for the summer or for an aperitif accompanied by some fish snacks. The vineyards are in the province of Pescara, with a modified Abruzzese pergola system in rows, the vinification is white with a slight stop on the fine lees. A good wine!
