The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC of Fattoria La Valentina is a pure Trebbiano that is born in the municipalities of San Valentino, Spoltore and Alanno, the vineyards planted with the Abruzzo pergola system, located in the hills, are harvested in late August or late September, a once they have reached full maturity, they are de-stemmed, pressed, decanted and finally left to ferment in steel. Always in steel they will undergo a brief refinement. A simple and sunny wine, with good flavor and curious frankness.

Tasting notes: It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a good brightness. The nose is expressed with a Mediterranean, sunny bouquet, in which floral notes of broom and orange blossom with delicate citrus scents stand out. On the palate it is pleasant and fresh, it has good acidity, a nice flavor and a clear finish that leaves the mouth clean.
Vinification: soft pressed and decanted at low temperature. Stainless steel tank fermentation and ageing. Bottled from mid-January.

Food pairings: aperitif, sea and ground crudités, pasta with seafood or fish sauces, baked or grilled fish and fresh cheeses.
