Maculan BIDIBI Breganze Bianco DOC 2020

For three generations the Maculan family has been selecting and vinifying the best grapes in Breganze, an enchanting village, set like a small jewel at the foot of the Alps in the Veneto region. The high plains of Asiago offer natural protection and create an extremely mild climate that favors the cultivation of vines and olives. It isn't a coincidence that in the 500s, the Venetian nobility already preferred to spend their summers in this area, sojourning in the splendid villas perfectly designed by the great architect, Andrea Palladio.

Location of the vineyard: Breganze hills (Vicenza)
Exposure and type of land: volcanic and tuffaceous hills
Grape varieties: 60% Tai, 40% Sauvignon
Vine layout: cold maceration for two days and soft pressing completely with no oxidation
Aging: in stainless steel tanks for six months
Alcohol: 12,5% by vol.
Color: pale lemon-green
On the nose: intense floral and fruity aromas
In the mouth: dry and zesty on the palate, with wellrounded structure and a flavourful, long finish. Perfect as an apéritif or as a compliment to salads, first corse with fish and vegetarian fare.
