Origin: Vulture surroundings, vineyards located at 450/600 mt above sea level.
Grape Variety: Aglianico 100%.
Harvest Time: 15/20 October.
Vinification: Classical, grapes are treaded and destemmed, maceration on the skins in stainless steel for 10 days at 25/28°C, during this period several pumping overs and delestages are carried out.
Finishing/ageing: 80% in large slavonia oak barrel and 20% in french barriques. Bottling and final 7/8 months finishing.
Tasting notes: Bright ruby red, intense and ethereal bouquet, dry to the palate, velvety with ageing.
Gastronomic matches: Red meat, game and mature cheeses.
Serve at 16/18°C in wide red wine goblet.
