Grapes: A blend of the finest aromatic native grapes grown in the verona hills, Incrocio Manzoni, Müller Thurgau, Garganega, and Moscato.
Vinification and maturation: The clusters naturally dry for 10-15 days on the vine and continue drying for 10 days on reed mats. After fermentation, the wine matures in stainless steel.
Appearance: Deep straw yellow with golden reflections.
Bouquet: Ripe apricot, banana, and melon, with an intriguing hint of lime.
Palate: Generous and well-balanced, with a subtle touch of pungent sage and lime-blossom. overall, superb depth on both nose and palate combine with full volume in the mouth.
Alcohol: 12,5% by vol.
