Grapes: 100% Durella
Vinification and maturation: Maturation in steel up to tirage, then re-fermentation in the bottle and ageing on the fine lees for 36 months.
Appearance: Straw yellow with gold highlights, slender bead of long-lingering bubbles.
Bouquet: Pungent notes of lemon balm and sage meld beautifully into citrussy impressions of bergamot and lime.
Palate: Crisp, smooth, and creamy, with an intriguing minerality. The finish is impressively lengthy.
Alcohol: 12,5% Vol.
