Vinification and ageing: The healthy, ripe grapes undergo delicate crushing and pressing in horizontal presses. The wine, obtained after temperature-controlled fermentation, remains on its fine natural lees for 4 months in order to achieve perfect balance.
Colour: Straw-yellow with golden highlights.
Bouquet: Complex and floral, with hints of acacia flowers and honey.
Flavour: Delicately dry, fruity and appealing.
Serving temperature: Serve at 9/10°C. (48/50°F.)
Food matches: Excellent with non-meat appetizers, delicately flavored pasta and rice dishes, fish, white meats or all vegetable based dishes.
