Alcohol: 13% by vol.
Vinification: Controlled temperature maceration (26°C). Fermentation and aging in oak barrels of 35hl for 12 months.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red color, brilliant, with amaranth shades. Great elegance on the nose. Intense, fruity with red berries such as blackberry and cherry. Spicy notes of liquorice and green pepper. The taste is balanced with smooth and velvety tannins. Long finish.
Recommended: Red and roasted meat, game, mature cheeses.
