Origin: This extraordinary wine is produced from grapes grown on the tiny terraced plot named FIORATO, high in Tommasi vineyards. This vines are the result of a rigorous clonal selection. Severely pruned so as to yield less than half the amount permitted under the relevant discipline, their grapes are ideally suited for the production of Recioto.

Grapes: Corvina Veronese 65%, Rondinella 30%, Molinara 5%
Alcohol: 13% by vol.
Maturation: The grapes are dried for 5 months prior to being pressed, and then 1 year in tonneau barrels of 500 L
Tasting notes: Intense ruby red in color. It smell warm, sweet and intense, with hints of prune. Flavors of pleasant sweetness, full-bodied and velvety, with prune and cherry taste.
Recommended with: Seasoned cheeses, it’s also a dessert wine to match with dry cakes and biscuits.
