Origin: 27 hectares in the DOC Valpolicella area.
Vineyard: Classic denomination region of Valpolicella.
Grapes: Corvina Veronese 60%, Rondinella 30%, Molinara 10%
Alcohol: 12% by vol.
Maturation: 7 days fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 4 months maturation in stainless steel tanks and then 2 months ageing in Slavonian oak barrels of 65 hectoliters.
Tasting notes: The color of this wine is bright ruby red, very fresh and fruity at nose, with lots of cherry notes, the taste is fairly intense with sweet cherry flavours.
Recommended with: Pasta, pizza, vegetables, white and red meats, fresh cheeses.
