Origin: Cultivated in soil originating from flaking limestone loam, on the hills of the classic Soave zone, the vineyard LE VOLPARE was selected for its enviable placement facing southwest on the very prestigious “Mount Foscarino”. The rigorous selection of clones placed only in their most beneficial position and the consequent reduction of clusters per vine, result in the creation of grapes of Garganega variety with unique characteristics.
Vineyard: Classic denomination region of Soave, in Monteforte.
Grapes: Garganega 100%
Alcohol: 12% by vol.
Maturation: 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes: Moon yellow color. It smell clean and spicy, highlighted by delicious hints of tropical fruit. Medium-bodied taste with a clean, crisp finish.
Recommended with: Risotti, soups, fish and white meats.
