Villa Antinori Bianco represents one of the historic wines of the Antinori family. It was produced for the first time with the 1931 vintage by Niccolò Antinori; since then the label has remained practically unchanged, as has the philosophy of production, oriented towards representing its land of origin.
Grape varieties: Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Trebbiano
Tasting notes: Villa Antinori Bianco has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose is fine and elegant, fruity and floral, with notes of banana, pineapple, white flowers and candied fruit. The palate is balanced, with good persistence and a mineral finish.
Vinification: The harvested grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must was cooled to a temperature of 10 °C to promote natural clarification. After 48 hours, it was transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature not exceeding 18 °C.
