Descriptive notes: The Family Viviani grown on six acres of vineyard at Mazzano in Valpolicella. The exposure of the vineyards (South-Southeast) and their altitude (350-450 m.) guarantee the best environmental conditions for the cultivation of the vine. Added to these are the ventilated position and low humidity that favor the drying of grapes, from which we get the Recioto and Amarone. In the vineyard using cultural practices that allow the vine to reach an equilibrium critical to the quality of the grapes. This means a move away from synthetic products so that today the farm Viviani is able to participate in the 2078 EEC directive for environmentally-friendly agriculture. Moreover, extending this approach to the practices of the winery Family Viviani uses modern technology in compliance with the raw material and the most authentic regional tradition. Valpolicella Classico is the most immediate and drinkable wine cellar Viviani, without wanting to give up this pleasure that own a wine everyday must have. A Valpolicella that goes in the bottle after you have finished the malolactic fermentation. You get a soft wine that is well suited to the kitchen every day. Bright ruby red, good texture.
