It is obtained from the vinification of only grapes of the Riesling vine, a variety that in these latitudes is expressed in a unique way. The particularly high sugar content, favored by a late harvest that allows the maximum concentration in the fruit, is accompanied by the good acidity typical of the vine, highly enhanced also by the composition of the soil, with notable rocky and mineral components. After a careful selection of the best grapes, the grapes are left to ferment only on natural yeasts and subsequently vinified in steel. In the mouth the exotic fruit emerges together with a good acidity
Pairings: The Altenberg Riesling Auslese is the perfect match at the end of a meal, when it will amaze guests with its truly original aromatic notes. By virtue of its structure, it is also perfect to accompany meat and cheeses.
