Light yellow. Wine of great depth and elegance; the minerality of slate, with notes of spices, meets notes of herbs and citrus, fresh fruit and peach. Complex, it displays a floral finesse reminiscent of rose petals. Very subtle in fragrance, the variety of aromas continues on the palate impressively. We taste yellow fruit and this is reflected in the typical slate flavor of the soil. The wine shows a wonderful freshness, on the palate it shows a nice sweet-acid and well structured game. Strong peach aromas emerge again on the nose. The minerality of slate combined with a note of acidity tickle the palate giving an elegant mix of sweetness and acidity.
Pairings: This wine is enhanced when served with fish and spicy dishes. Perfect to accompany a second course of white meat but also excellent fresh cheeses.
