Von Othegraven Winery located in the Moselle region, reaches the highest peaks of German wine excellence, famous for its award-winning Rieslings. The company covers 16 hectares in the Rhineland-Palatinate in Kanzem. Von Othergraven is a winery located in the Saar Valley, in the Moselle wine region the wines of this area are strongly determined by the climate and in important vintages the Riesling has a very particular minerality and character of freshness, for which they are considered among the greatest whites in the world, such as Von Othegraven wines that give unique emotions. The most important, and therefore most coveted, territories are found in the municipalities of Kanzem and Wiltingen located on the edge of the Saar River.

Organoleptic characteristics: Dry wine from late harvest. It is made 100% from grapes of the Riesling vine, a passion and specialty of the farm. One of the peculiarities that distinguishes the wine is the genuineness with which it is produced. It is fermented for a long time so that the natural characteristics of the grape can triumph in all their essence. Furthermore, only indigenous yeasts are used, a sign of the attention paid to the protection of the natural peculiarities of wine. Von Othegraven's riesling is an intense and unique wine. The nose shows ripe fruit, delicate herbal tones and a pronounced hint of mineral slate. On the palate it highlights white and yellow fruits such as pear, apple and peach and exotic, such as passion fruit and mango. The fine spiciness, the elegant acidity and the delicate savory aspect on the palate are harmonious in a nice contrast. The wine is enormously long and wonderfully layered.
