Dry white wine produced from grapes selected in the heart of the production area of Bianco di Custoza, mainly obtained from Garganega grapes, Chardonnay and Tocai. The harvest is done manually in two different times; for Chardonnay and Tocai during the first ten days of September, instead for the Garganega during the second half of the same month.
Grape variety: 40% Garganega, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Tocai, 10% Cortese.
Geographical location: The vineyard is located in Custoza - Verona.
Type of terrain: Calcareous, clayey and gravelly.
Alcohol content: 12% by vol.
Vinification: The wine is made as a result of a soft pressing and fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel.
Gastronomical combinations: It goes very well with appetizers and main courses of fish. Excellent as an aperitif.
Colour: Pale yellow.
Nose: Fragrant and fine.
Palate: Bodied and pleasant intensity and persistence.
Serving temperature: Serve at 10/12°C.
