After the harvesting and the selection, Trebbiano di Lugana grapes dedicated to produce this passito are left to dry in wooden cases until the early months of the following year, when they are pressed and vinified. The result is an absolute gem of wine, ideal for drinking at any celebrating event.

Grape variety: 100% Trebbiano di Lugana.
Geographical location: The vineyard is located in S. Cristina estate, in Peschiera del Garda - Verona, southern shores of Garda lake. South exposed.
Type of soil: Chalky-clay.
Vinification: Last 10 days of September. First 3-4 days in stainless steel tank, and then 30-40 days in barriques of new French oak.
Aged: For 12-15 months in new barriques, then for 1-2 months in stainless steel barrels after racking, and finally for 5-6 months in the bottle before being released on the market.
Colour: A beautiful golden yellow tending towards amber, lustrous.
Nose: A wealth of very diverse fragrances, starting with hints of ripe fruit (fig, apricot and pear), then of fruit preserves, dried fruits (hazelnuts) and, lastly, honey and vanilla.
Palate: Pervasive and statuesque, sweet but with great suavity and elegance, with confirmation of the overtones of the ripest fruit, honey and vanilla, of extraordinary length.
Gastronomical combinations: Ideal with sophisticated dishes such as goose liver paté, mature cheeses, blue cheeses and pastries.
Serving temperature: At 10/12°C.
