Made with Trebbiano grapes grown near Lake Garda, this is a typical white wine that combines a pleasurable palate with a disarmingly sincere interpretation of the terroir. The bright straw-yellow infused with light grey undertones preludes a jovial aroma, with very forward scents of yellow Delicious apple, fresh acacia blossom, and perhaps even a trace of exotic fruit. The palate is like shot silk, with a full mouthfeel that is deliciously satisfying in the offing, following through to the bright, warm finish. Excellent with appetizers, it also pairs well with white and delicate risottos and lake fish.
