This sparkling wine derives from the famous aromatic vine a glass that makes simplicity a virtuous trait: a moderate, very fine effervescence announces the straw-yellow tone with crystalline reflections, in which a powerful fragrance with fruity hints is grafted: the pear above all. But also fishing, something tropical, and a rocky term. In the sip then the saline attack stands out, corroborated by a slightly sweet body and a joyous final of freshness. A drink suitable for every moment of the day, especially with snacks, cold cuts, small cheeses, maybe a sumptuous club sandwich.
